About: Fresh Baguette is a fast-growing artisanal bakery located in Bethesda, MD, known for its high-quality standards and modern atmosphere. The company was founded in 2013 to bring fresh, made-from-scratch organic breads, pastries, sweets, and croissant items inspired by bakeries in France to the DMV area. With seven retail locations, a production bakery, and a thriving wholesale business, Fresh Baguette serves coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, and grocery stores with fresh products daily.
Requirements: Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; Open availability including weekends; Availability to work holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, etc.; Physical exertion requirement to perform heavy work (such as frequent lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds); Strong communication skills; Reliable transportation to work; Ability to stand for 8 hours; 1-2 years of experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing food service environment; Ability to work independently; Experience working at a café or bakery is a plus
