About: Einstein Bros. Bagels is currently seeking a Pastry Cook for their location at 8127 Big Bend Blvd. As a Baker at Einstein Bros. Bagels, you will be responsible for overall product inventory and baking processes in the store. The role entails maintaining consistent inventory and flow of bagels while supporting daily catering goals. You will work with team members to understand the expectations of bagel products, proper handling, new directives, and customer orders.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bakery or food preparation preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of baking techniques and equipment; strong attention to detail
