Position: Baker job
About: The Nutritional Services Baker/Cook position at EBRCOA is responsible for accurately and efficiently making a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. The role involves cooking and preparing cold and hot food products, as well as preparing and portioning food products prior to cooking. Additionally, the Baker/Cook performs duties in food and final plate preparation, including plating of cooked items in a sanitary and timely manner within the organization’s Food Service Policy guidelines.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in baking and cooking preferred; ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time; understanding of food safety and professional hygiene
