Position: Baker job
About: Brookshire’s Grocery Company is seeking a Kitchen Staff/Pastry Cook to join their team. As a Baker at Brookshire’s Grocery Company, you will follow recipes to prepare cakes, donuts, cookies, and other products according to customer orders or display needs, prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, shaping, and scoring them, operate commercial baking equipment, be responsible for the production list and special order requests, and maintain bakery trays, display cases, and ingredient bins.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in baking or food preparation preferred; ability to follow recipes accurately; knowledge of commercial baking equipment and techniques; attention to detail and cleanliness in food preparation
