Position: Baker job
About: New Seasons Market, a grocery store located in Oregon/SW Washington, is seeking a Baker to join their bakery department. The ideal candidate should have production baking experience, provide excellent customer service, work well independently and with a team. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous customer service, food service, retail, or grocery experience strongly preferred; knowledge and/or experience of artisan baking techniques and industry-standard equipment preferred; basic math and computation skills required; ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and multitask in a fast-paced environment; ability to adapt to shifting priorities and needs of a retail environment; ability to exercise good judgment at all times; self-motivated with high attention to detail and quality; ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a team environment; ability to read, understand, and follow through on verbal and written instructions; flexibility to meet department needs and work schedule; reliable attendance adherence to company policies
