About: Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic bakery setting. Collaborate with management to meet operational and sales goals, maintain inventory, and ensure product quality and presentation. Operate equipment, oversee workflow, and handle cash transactions as needed.
Requirements: Previous experience in perishable food handling or preparation and baking preferred; ability to embody company values and mission; passion for food and interactive sales techniques; clean and professional appearance; team player with positive attitude; familiarity with company policies and procedures; flexibility in work schedule; attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills; 18 years of age or older; computer application proficiency
