Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; passion for baking breads, cookies, pastries, and desserts; experience in baking and decorating cakes; ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members; pride in maintaining high-quality and safe baking standards; willingness to learn and contribute to a diverse and inclusive work culture
