Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; passion for baking a variety of products including breads, cookies, pastries, and cakes; ability to operate baking equipment and maintain quality, freshness, and safety standards; strong communication and customer service skills; willingness to learn and contribute to a diverse and inclusive work culture
