About: New Seasons Market, a grocery store in Oregon/SW Washington, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Baker to join their Bakery department. This role involves producing bread and bakery products while providing exceptional customer service in a collaborative team environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; friendly and customer service oriented; previous customer service, food service, retail, or grocery experience strongly preferred; knowledge and/or experience of artisan baking techniques and industry standard equipment preferred; basic math and computation skills required; ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment; good judgment and attention to detail; strong communication and collaboration skills
