Requirements: High school diploma required; 2 years of baking experience in high volume hotels or full-service restaurants; advanced knowledge of baking techniques and classical preparation methods; strong experience in food operations, including inventory, cost control, and safety & sanitation; must have or obtain a Servsafe certification within 90 days of employment; conversational English including ability to read menus and recipe cards; ability to handle high volume activity in the kitchen
