Position: Baker job
About: A bakery department in Oregon/SW Washington is seeking a Baker to join their team. The Baker will report to the Bakery Manager in a non-exempt position, responsible for producing bread and bakery products while providing exceptional customer service in a collaborative team environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in customer service, food service, retail, or grocery preferred; knowledge of artisan baking techniques and basic math skills required; ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment; good judgment, attention to detail, and strong communication skills; flexibility with schedule and reliable attendance adherence.
