Position: Baker job
About: Sprouts Farmers Market is looking for a dedicated Bakery Clerk to join their team. The Bakery Clerk will be responsible for preparing, baking, and packaging a variety of baked goods in a professional kitchen environment at Sprouts Farmers Market, a fast-growing retailer known for delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of Bakery experience or a combination of education and experience; ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays; outgoing and friendly demeanor with good communication skills; adept at general housekeeping and maintaining a clean work area; capable of operating various kitchen equipment and tools; physically able to perform tasks such as standing for up to 3 hours continuously, lifting trays up to 5 lbs, and transferring items up to 40 lbs; familiarity with safety and health regulations including obtaining a Food Handlers permit
