About: MMI Dining Systems at University of Mobile is looking for an experienced baker to join their team. The baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods efficiently and effectively, following recipes and production specifications. MMI has a strong presence in the hospitality industry with over 66 years of experience in the field.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience as a baker; ability to create a variety of baked goods following recipes and production standards; strong organizational and time management skills
