Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; love for baking, whether experienced or a beginner; ability to work independently and in a team setting; self-motivated with goal-meeting skills; passion for the hospitality industry; commitment to food safety standards; own transportation for location flexibility; minimum age of 18; capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and performing physical tasks like bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
