Requirements: Knowledge on food producing process, sanitization, and quality program; knowledge on food producing technique, food microbiology, and food safety practices; food safety, food labeling, nutrition-related knowledge including FDA guidelines; confectionery/Foods major recommended; Food Handler’s Certificate preferred; effective communication and team skills; ability to multitask and manage priorities; high emotional intelligence and ability to work with diverse teams; commitment to customer feedback and continuous improvement; team player and Brand Ambassador aligned with Paris Baguette’s Mission, Vision, Brand Values, and Culture
