About: Maman Commissary Kitchen in Union Market is looking for talented bakers to join the Pastry Department. The position offers a full-time schedule (40 hours) with an hourly rate between $19 and $23. As part of the team alongside the Pastry Chef and two other bakers, you will be responsible for a significant part of the Menu at Maman, including Brownies, Loaf cakes, Oreos, Tea Cake, Travel cake, Laminated dough, Cookies, and more.
Requirements: At least 1 full year as a baker in a high-scale production environment; ability to follow guidelines and recipes, scale, mix, shape, pipe, bake different items, lift, push, pull 50 lbs, organize tasks and station
