About: Panera Bread, an award-winning leader in the restaurant industry, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Baker to join their team. The bakery is the heart of Panera’s cafes, where baking fresh, high-quality bread and pastries daily is essential for their success. This 2nd shift position offers a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; love for baking, whether a beginner or experienced; ability to work independently and in a team; self-motivated with goal-oriented work ethic; comfort in a fast-paced hospitality environment; commitment to food safety; reliable transportation; minimum age of 18; ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
