Requirements: Knowledge on food producing process, sanitization, and quality programs; Knowledge on food producing technique, food microbiology, and food sanitary safety practices; Food safety, food labeling, and nutrition-related knowledge (including FDA); Confectionery/Food major recommended; Food Handler’s Certificate preferred; Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment; Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively; High emotional intelligence; Team player with a collaborative mindset; Strong commitment to Paris Baguette’s Mission, Vision, Brand Values, and Culture
