Bakers start as Bakers-In-Training (BIT) to master the art of baking and maintain Panera’s high standards.
Requirements: This full-time Baker position (2 p.m. – 10 p.m.) requires flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to travel to multiple locations. Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
