Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in baking breads, cookies, pastries, desserts, and cake decoration preferred; ability to work with ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to meet quality and safety standards; excellent customer service skills; passion for baking and food; eagerness to learn; community-oriented mindset
