About: Sprouts Farmers Market is a rapidly growing retailer known for providing high-quality, farm-fresh produce, natural meats, and bulk goods in a friendly and customer-focused environment reminiscent of an old-fashioned farmer’s market. They are currently seeking a Bakery Clerk to join their dynamic team and contribute to the preparation, baking, and packaging of delicious baked goods.
Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent; have 1-2 years of bakery experience or an acceptable combination of education and experience; be dependable, reliable, and flexible with working schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays; exhibit outgoing and friendly behavior with excellent communication skills; demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment, take direction, and perform general housekeeping tasks including maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery department; be physically capable of standing for up to 3 hours continuously, lifting and transferring items of varying weights, and adhering to safety, health, and weights and measures regulations, including obtaining and maintaining a Food Handlers permit.
