About: Panera Bread is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Baker to join the team at their Richmond, VA – North Parham Road location. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; passion for baking, with 4 weeks of training provided for beginners; strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to work independently and in a team; commitment to food and health safety practices; at least 18 years of age
