Position: Baker job
About: A bakery is looking for a Baker to uphold the reputation of Ultimate Service in guest relations by delivering consistent quality products that add special meaning to every event or occasion. Key responsibilities include acknowledging and engaging guests, ensuring product availability, maintaining a positive atmosphere, following recipes and safety procedures, and supporting division concepts and programs.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; One year experience in bakery production of scratch mixing and frozen dough preferred; Ability to work with detergents and sanitizers for up to 4-hour periods; Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; Ability to perform physical tasks like standing, bending, lifting, and walking; Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and push and pull up to 100 lbs; Ability to work in a freezer for up to 15 minutes; Must possess basic math and bakers calculations skills; Must be open to supervisory coaching; Flexible to work various hours, including weekends and holidays; Maintain a current Food Safety Certification; Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
