About: Golden Corral is currently seeking a dedicated Kitchen Staff/Pastry Cook to join their team. As a Baker at Golden Corral, you will be responsible for preparing hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other baked items. This role involves following the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance, maintaining freshness and visual appeal of bakery products, and adhering to Golden Corral recipes and standards as well as the Bakery and Dessert Cafe Production Guide.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in baking and pastry preparation preferred; ability to follow recipes accurately and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
