Position: Baker job
About: A Baker at our establishment is dedicated to providing ultimate service to our guests by consistently delivering high-quality products that enhance every event or occasion with special meaning. Our focus is on guest relations and ensuring a positive atmosphere within the department.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; One year experience in bakery production of scratch mixing and frozen dough preferred; Ability to work with detergents and sanitizers up to 4-hour time periods; Ability to work at a fast-paced, efficient, and controlled manner; Ability to perform all physical aspects of the position, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking; Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs and push and pull up to 100 lbs; Ability to work within a freezer for up to 15 minutes; Must possess technical skills to perform basic math and baker’s calculations; Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits, and attitude; Must be flexible to work various hours/shifts, including weekends and holidays; Attend meetings and training sessions when called upon; Must maintain a current Food Safety Certification; Ability to function as a team member and get along with others
