Position: Baker job
About: A bakery and food service company is seeking a dedicated Baker to join their team, focused on delivering high-quality products and exceptional guest service to create memorable experiences for customers.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; One year experience in bakery production of scratch mixing and frozen dough preferred; Ability to work with detergents and sanitizers up to 4-hour time periods; Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and walking; Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs and push and pull up to 100 lbs; Ability to work within a freezer for up to 15 minutes; Must possess technical skills for basic math and bakery calculations; Ability to accept supervisory coaching and feedback; Flexible availability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts; Attend meetings and training sessions as required; Maintain a current Food Safety Certification; Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
