Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent; have 1-2 years of bakery experience or an acceptable combination of education and experience; be dependable, reliable, and able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays; exhibit outgoing and friendly behavior with good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment; be capable of general housekeeping tasks, operating various equipment, and adhering to safety regulations; be physically able to stand for up to 3 hours continuously, handle weights as described, and maintain a Food Handlers permit.
