About: A Mexican bakery seeking a skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to oversee the production of bread, desserts, and cakes, manage inventory, ensure cleanliness and quality standards, and provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic bakery setting.
Requirements: 3 years experience in Mexican bakery; Ability to read at the eighth grade level; Knowledge of the preparation of bread and pastry (Mexico / US); Manual skills; Ability to control inventory; Knowledge of bakery equipment maintenance; Conversational Spanish; Understanding of product presentation; Knowledge of raw materials and ability to make orders; Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English; Graduation from high school or GED
