Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous customer service, food service, retail, or grocery experience strongly preferred; knowledge/experience of artisan baking techniques and industry standard equipment preferred; basic math and computation skills required; ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment; adaptability to shifting priorities in a retail environment; good judgment, attention to detail, and quality; effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment; flexibility in schedule and adherence to attendance policy.
