Position: Baker job
About: In a fast-paced, high-energy environment focused on ensuring superior food quality, we are seeking a Baker to join our team. The Baker will be responsible for maintaining food quality standards and ensuring guest satisfaction while demonstrating exceptional guest service and upholding our mission, vision, and values.
Requirements: The ability to demonstrate intermediate baking skills is required; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; six months of related experience is required; experience with scaling, mixing, proofing, and baking of breads and other baked goods is necessary; successful completion of ServSafe certification within 90 days is required; proficiency in basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and counting using whole numbers and fractions is essential; ability to maintain discretion with confidential information; professional interaction with guests and team members; flexibility to work irregular hours, extended shifts, late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays; physical capability to perform tasks in a demanding, fast-paced environment, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally; use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required; specific vision abilities such as close vision, color vision, and depth perception are necessary.
