Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Passion for baking breads, cookies, pastries, and decorating cakes; Ability to work with ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to meet quality and safety standards; Excellent customer service and communication skills; Enthusiasm for maintaining clean and organized work areas
