About: Big Y is seeking a Bakery Team Member to exceed customer expectations by providing quality products and exceptional customer service in a pleasant shopping environment. Responsibilities include preparing bakery products, maintaining ingredient storage, collaborating with management, and ensuring operational goals are achieved.
Requirements: Previous perishable foods handling and/or preparation experience preferred; Previous baking experience preferred; Ability to represent A Culture of Caring and The Pursuit of Excellence through the support of Big Y’s Mission & Vision; Passion for food and interactive sales techniques; Clean and professional appearance; Positive team player with businesslike conduct; Ability to work within company policies and standards; Flexible schedule availability; Attention to detail and accuracy; Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; Computer application proficiency; Must be 18 years of age
