Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; passion for baking breads, cookies, pastries, and creating desserts; experience in baking and cake decorating preferred; ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues; attention to quality, freshness, and safety standards; willingness to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work environment
