Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Passion for baking breads, cookies, pastries, fancy desserts, and cake decoration; Ability to work with ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to maintain quality and safety standards; Excellent customer service and communication skills; Strong attention to cleanliness and organization in bakery settings
