About: A Mexican bakery is seeking a dedicated and skilled Bakery Manager to oversee the production of bread, cakes, and pastries while managing customer orders and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and service. Requirements: 3 years experience in Mexican bakery; Ability to read at the eighth grade level; Knowledge of the preparation of bread and pastry (Mexico / US); Manual skills; Ability to control inventory; Knowledge of bakery equipment maintenance; Conversational Spanish; Understanding of product presentation; Knowledge of raw materials and ability to make orders; Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English; Graduation from high school or GED
