About: Panera Bread is looking for a dedicated and passionate Baker to join their team at the Panera Cafe in Warren, MI. As a key part of the cafe, Bakers at Panera are responsible for baking fresh bread and pastries daily, maintaining high-quality standards, and contributing to a culture of warmth, growth, and trust within the team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years of age; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; passion for baking and food safety practices; strong organizational and time-management skills; commitment to Panera’s Guiding Values and Behaviors
