About: Tim Hortons is seeking a dedicated Baker to join their team in following the Tim Hortons Baking Program. The ideal candidate will ensure products are always fresh and accurately prepared, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain operational standards to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bakery or food service environment preferred; strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized recipes and procedures; excellent customer service skills; knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
