About: Creative Culinary Management, based in the heart of the Seaport in New York City, is seeking a Baker for The Tin Building by Jean-Georges. The Tin Building features multiple unique venues, including full-service restaurants, fast-casual and counter dining outlets, as well as retail and bakery operations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience with bakery principles, bread, and vienoisserie; flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays; passion for success
