Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; passion for baking; ability to work independently and in a team; self-motivated with a strong work ethic; familiarity with hospitality industry environment; commitment to food safety standards; reliable transportation; minimum age of 18; capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and performing physical tasks for extended periods
