Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; passion for baking, whether a beginner or experienced; ability to work independently and in a team; self-motivated to achieve goals with minimal supervision; comfortable in a fast-paced hospitality environment; commitment to food safety; reliable transportation to travel to various locations as needed; minimum age of 18; capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and performing physical tasks like bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
