Position: Baker job
About: Panera Bread is an award-winning leader in the restaurant industry, known for its fresh bread and baked goods made with the best ingredients. This position is for a Baker in our bakery, the heart of our cafes, where baking fresh every day is essential to our success. The role offers a 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) with a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; passion for baking, whether a beginner or experienced; ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivated to achieve goals with minimal supervision; comfortable in a fast-paced hospitality environment; commitment to food safety practices; reliable transportation for travel to other locations if necessary; minimum age of 18; able to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, reach, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
