Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent; have 1-2 years of bakery experience or a combination of education and experience; be dependable, reliable, and able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays; possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment; be physically capable of performing bakery-related tasks such as standing for up to 3 hours continuously, lifting items up to 40 lbs, and adhering to safety and health regulations.
