Position: Baker job
About: Safeway is currently seeking a Kitchen Staff / Pastry Cook to join their team. As a Baker at Safeway, you will measure flour, sugar, shortening, and other ingredients to prepare batters, dough, fillings, and icings. You will also be responsible for dumping ingredients into mixing-machine bowl or steam kettle, rolling, cutting, and shaping dough and related products preparatory to baking, and following recipes and instructions meticulously.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen preferred; ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately; attention to detail and good organizational skills
