Position: Baker job
About: Maman Commissary Kitchen is looking for a talented baker to join the Pastry Department. The position is full-time (40 hours) with a pay range between $18 and $22 per hour. As part of the team alongside the Pastry supervisor and two other bakers, you will be responsible for baking items like Brownies, Loaf cakes, Oreos, Tea Cake, Travel cake, and more. The schedule is 5 days a week from 9 am to 5 pm with breaks in between. You will work in a brand new kitchen environment with adequate space and equipment.
Requirements: At least 1 year of experience as a baker in a high-scale production environment; ability to follow guidelines and recipes, scale, mix, shape, pipe, and bake various items; capability to lift, push, pull 50 lbs; strong organizational skills
