Requirements: Certified Bakers with passion for baking, quality, and creating delicious desserts; Knowledge of food production processes, sanitization, and quality programs; Ability to work weekends and holidays; Food safety and labeling knowledge including FDA regulations; Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment; High emotional intelligence and ability to manage diverse teams; Brand ambassador embodying Paris Baguette’s Mission, Vision, Brand Values, and Culture
