About: Paris Baguette, a rapidly growing neighborhood bakery cafe chain with a vision to reestablish the bakery cafe as the heart of the community worldwide, is seeking passionate Bakers to join their team. As a Baker at Paris Baguette, you will play a vital role in delivering expertly crafted baked and brewed goods through a warm and welcoming bakery cafe experience.
Requirements: Knowledge on food producing process, sanitization, quality program; Knowledge on food producing technique, food microbiology, food sanitary safety practice/procedure; Food safety, food labeling, nutrition related knowledge (include FDA); Confectionery/Foods major recommended; Food Handler’s Certificate preferred; Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment; Ability to multi-task; Stellar customer service both internally and externally; High emotional intelligence; Team player with the ability to manage diverse teams; Brand Ambassador with a commitment to Paris Baguette’s Mission, Vision, Brand Values, and Culture
