Requirements: You must be at least 16 years old, have a personality for customer service, and a love for cookies. Crew Members must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy items from time to time, smiling all the way. Read and understand Crumbl Recipes; Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, ovens, and other equipment to make cookies; Decorating and displaying the finished cookies; Ensure finished cookies meet food safety and quality standards; Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked cookies; Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products; Clean as you go, putting ingredients back where they go, staying organized, and neat.
