Position: BAKER job
About: Island View Casino Resort is seeking a Baker to be responsible for the production of baked goods for multiple outlets and banquets while ensuring quality product preparation and adhering to food safety guidelines. The Baker will report to the Assistant Pastry Chef, Pastry Chef, Kitchen Manager, Executive Chef, and Executive Sous Chefs at the property in Mississippi.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; two to three years of bakery experience (private industry, military, institutional, banquet, or casino); ability to pipe and decorate cakes; strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure
