About: Fresh Baguette is a fast-growing artisanal bakery known for its high-quality standards and modern atmosphere. With seven retail locations, two production bakeries, and a thriving wholesale business, Fresh Baguette was founded in Bethesda, MD, in 2013, to bring made-from-scratch organic breads, pastries, and sweets inspired by French bakeries to the DMV area. The bakery serves a variety of establishments such as coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, and grocery stores with fresh products every day. Fresh Baguette is dedicated to offering customers unique moments of indulgence through their scratch-made artisanal croissants, organic bread, hand-crafted pastries, and savory creations, all delivered in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced customer-oriented environment; passion for coffee and bread; availability to work weekends and holidays; physical ability to perform heavy work; reliable transportation to work; experience working at a cafe, bakery, or in hospitality is a plus
