Requirements: Previous experience required; at least two years; must be able to work in a fast-paced, busy environment and work under pressure and meet deadlines; must have working knowledge of weights, measurements, and basic bakery equipment; ability to read, translate, and execute recipes; must be able to work with speed and efficiency; must be able to speak, understand, and read English; must maintain a valid Clark County Health Card; high school diploma or equivalent preferred
